I forgot the password for my professional account. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your professional account password, you can click on the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. A page will open asking you to provide your email address. Once you submit your email address through this page, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password, allowing you to log back into your professional account.

If you do not receive an email in your primary inbox after this request, be sure to check your spam folder. The reset email may be hiding there.
